Please be aware that an adult signature (21+) will be required upon delivery of your package. Please ensure you provide a shipping address where an adult will be present to sign for your package. We are only responsible for shipping your package to the mailing address originally provided. If you choose to re-route or make changes to the delivery address after the package has shipped, we cannot be held liable for any issues, delays, or losses that may occur as a result.

International Shipping - Please note that items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

Please note that all custom designed jewelry pieces are final sale. While all custom designed jewelry, including wedding bands, is a final sale due to the personalized nature of each piece, rest assured that we work closely with you throughout the design process.
