With your purchase of an engagement ring or wedding band, we offer a complimentary two year warranty for your piece.
ABOUT OUR WARRANTY
Includes:
- Complimentary lifetime professional cleaning. Though there is no requirement to have your ring inspected every 6 months much like other jewelers, we highly recommend that you clean and inspect your jewelry regularly.
- Complimentary lifetime inspections which includes checking and tightening of loose stones and assessment of prongs.
- First time complimentary side stone replacement for any stone weighing 0.10cts or less within 2 years of purchase.
- After 2 years of receiving your Brilliance in Diamonds piece, any repair or replacement will be at the expense of the client.
Does not cover:
- Replacement of stones larger than 0.11cts
- Side stone replacements of stones 0.10cts or less after the first complimentary stone replacement.
- Rhodium Plating during repairs on white gold rings.
- Damaged jewelry due to improper care/normal wear and tear including but not limited to: dents, bent rings, chipped stones, broken prongs, and scratches.
- Lost or Stolen pieces
** Please note that any work performed on our pieces by other jewelers will void this warranty (including sizing or repairs).
RESIZING & REPAIRS:
Jewelry is delicate by nature. If your piece needs a repair, please go to our repair page. Our team will evaluate your piece and stay in touch with any associated repair costs.
- Clients are responsible for all shipping charges (to and from our office).
- Pricing for repairs vary case by case
- Sizing fees varies depending how many sizes your piece is increasing or decreasing. Note: We cannot size eternity bands.
- Those outside of the U.S. are responsible for import fees and customs charges in addition to shipping and repair cost

Please ensure your shipment requires a signature on delivery and that your jewelry is carefully packed and padded for protection. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs in transit due to poor or insufficient packaging.
We are only responsible for shipping your package to the mailing address originally provided. If you choose to re-route or make changes to the delivery address after the package has shipped, we cannot be held liable for any issues, delays, or losses that may occur as a result.
Once we receive your package, we’ll confirm its arrival, provide an estimated repair cost, and share the expected turnaround timeframe.
