ENGAGEMENT RINGS

All custom designed engagement ring orders require a 20% non-refundable deposit and are final sale. 

FINE JEWELRY 

Exchanges/Store Credit  is available for fine jewelry pieces within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not provide refunds. 

• Sale or markdown items are considered final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are eligible

• The jewelry must be returned in the same condition and working order, including all original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 48 hours of order placement. Our design team begins the production soon after your order is placed. We will refund you in full for your canceled order. Note—deposits, rush fees, and partial payments are non-refundable.
