Returns 

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days, all sales are final. Since our designs are crafted by hand, all returns will incur a 10% restocking fee. Please contact us prior to sending your jewelry back, so we can be sure it arrives safely. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs, and we highly recommend that you insure your package - we are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Please note that all custom designed jewelry pieces are final sale. We will not accept returns on any made to order piece. This includes wedding bands that are sized under 5 or over 8, 18k or Platinum, engraved, and those that are 3/4 diamond coverage and eternity style.
