Returns 

Exchanges/Store Credit is available for fine jewelry pieces. We do not provide refunds. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days, all sales are final. Please contact us prior to sending your jewelry back, so we can be sure it arrives safely. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs, and we highly recommend that you insure your package - we are not responsible for items lost in the mail. The jewelry must be returned in the same condition and working order, including all original packaging.

All custom designed jewelry pieces are final sale. We will not accept returns on any customized piece including: engravings, initials, and birthstones.
