Returns
Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days of receiving the item, all sales are final. Since our designs are crafted by hand, all returns will incur a 10% restocking fee. Please contact us prior to sending your jewelry back, so we can be sure it arrives safely. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs, and we highly recommend that you insure your package - we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
