Returns 

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days, all sales are final. Since our designs are crafted by hand, all returns will incur a 10% restocking fee. Please contact us prior to sending your jewelry back, so we can be sure it arrives safely. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs, and we highly recommend that you insure your package - we are not responsible for items lost in the mail. 

All custom designed jewelry pieces are final sale. We will not accept returns on any customized piece.
