Production Coordinator

About Us

We're looking for an exceptionally organized Production Coordinator to become the operational backbone of our production process. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, in-person position at our showroom. Due to the collaborative and hands-on nature of this role, remote work is not available.

Our team works in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly and no two days are exactly alike.

About the Role

This position is perfect for someone who loves systems, details, checklists, timelines, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You will be responsible for moving projects from sale to completion, coordinating internal workflows, maintaining production accuracy, repairs are tracked, and ensuring every piece meets our standards before reaching our clients.   

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying organized while managing multiple moving pieces and takes pride in helping a team operate efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming orders and work orders

  • Track project timelines and production status

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers

  • Perform quality control checks before  items are delivered or shipped

  • Track repairs and service requests from intake through completion

  • Ensure deadlines are met and projects move smoothly through production

  • Coordinate and manage shipping activities

  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain inventory accuracy

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and processes
